I am so sore, I have rug burn everywhere, I have so many new bruises, but it is all worth it. Today was amazing. If you’re a dancer, get your butt to the Pulse at some point- its awesome.

The other day, I asked about black girls wearing pink tights. I understand that pink tights and a black leotard is the the required uniform at most ballet schools and that it is tradition to wear pink tights. This has been the standard for a long time. I’m proposing that the standard be changed. Black ballerinas shouldn’t be forced to wear pink tights because pink tights were...
I’m not sure why, but of all the Bolshoi ballerinas, Maria Kochetkova is my favorite.
